Mortal Kombat X gamers will be pleased to know that the new patch 1.09 is now live on PS4 and coming shortly for PC and Xbox One. NetherRealm Studios listened to fans' feedbacks and fixed some bugs on many of the characters, made changes to the visual effects, and fixed some of input priorities.
Patch 1.09 is not as extensive as the previous update, but it brought a lot of fixes such as for character Ermac where he finds himself stuck at the flight controls or Sorcerer Quan Chi character had a bug which allowed him to reset the cooldown of runes after a Final Hex has run out. Predator's glitch where the character sometimes have 2 Smart-Disc on screen at the same time is also been fixed.

No date has been given yet on the patch releae for PC and Xbox One, however, the creative director of NetherRealms Studios, Ed Boon, said on his Twitter that it will be coming soon.
Recently, the developer has confirmed that they are working Kombat Pack 2 for Mortal Kombat X. IGN reported that the add-on will be out in the first half of 2016 seemingly with new playable characters, new skins and a new stage. Boon hag been teasing the four new fighters coming along with the next DLC.
The rumors had been going around for some time now saying that that potential characters for the upcoming Kombat Pack 2 might include The Joker, Sektor, Cyrax, Noob Saibot, Elvira, Indian Jones and Neo. Names like Rorschach, Marcus Fenix, Ash William, and Spawn are considered as DLC fighters, too.
Mortal Kombat X is released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The latest game is the 10th installment in the Mortal Kombat fighting video game franchise that was released on April 14, 2015. A mobile version of the game is also available both for IOS and android devices.
