A host of brand new gorgeous screenshots for Persona 5 have been shared recently courtesy of Japanese magazine, Dengeki which fuel the excitement of fans despite the confirmation from Atlus to move the game's release next year.

These fresh images via Famitsu as reported by Persona Central displayed Persona 5's impressive art style and improved gameplay to make it better than its predecessor title including the reveal of mysterious new party member, Yuusuke Kitagawa, who was first introduced in the second trailer of the JRPG title bundled with Persona 4: Dancing All Night Special Edition.

Moreover, the said screens also provided fans a sneak peek at the different Persona summons of five game heroes such as the protagonist will have Arsene while Ryuji will be using Captain Kid. The feline character Morgan will use Zoro and An will have Carmen. The fifth character known as Yusuke is revealed to use the persona Goemon. Yusuke debuted in the Tokyo Game Show trailer showcased by Atlus, IB Times wrote.

Similar to the past iteration of the game series, Persona 5 characters will be using an object so as to get access to the Personas. Hardcore fans of the franchise can recall that the characters need to shoot themselves in the head to summon their Personas in Persona 3 or through their weapons in Persona 4. As for Persona 5, the characters will seemingly use their masks.

Interestingly, the September 24 issue of Famitsu revealed story and character details. The 5 characters called The Phantom Thieves will battle a cast of antagonists contrary to previous 2 titles where gamers fought against one villain.

Game Zone reported that having multiple enemies is because of the game's omnibus story that will also bring multiple storylines stemming from the main plot. The main objective of protagonist and his allies is to get those antagonists to own their crimes and recover stolen hearts.

The villains will also be living in an area referred to as the 'Palace'. A smartphone app will be used by the characters when they're inside the Palace in order to locate enemies and allies within the area.

Persona 5 developed exclusively for PS4, PS3, and PC is touted to be one of the most anticipated 2015 video games until game publisher Atlus has confirmed that the official release is pushed back to Summer of 2016.
