Actress Megan Fox filed for divorce on her husband Brian Austin Green last August. Green officially files request to the courts for financial support from the actress.
Last August, the 29-year-old actress Megan Fox filed for divorce from the former 90210 hunk Brian Austin Green citing irreconcilable differences for reason of separation. The actor allegedly is now seeking spousal support as they are now heading to a divorce. Green reportedly filed the papers last September 29 and in those given documents, he stated that he requests the court to grant him with spousal support. He and his wife were earlier involved in a car accident causing him to be working less than before which happened last December.
The 42-year-old is currently suffering from a medical illness that was caused by the crash. Fox was not injured in the accident but Green on the other hand suffered a serious medical condition called vertigo. It is now affecting his ability to work and his balance according to Fox News. The couple are now allegedly still living together while they are taking care of their two kids. They are obviously trying to make their divorce easier especially on the children. Fox is now doing well in her career and supporting their two boys. Given that the actress has a steady income, there is a great chance that the court will allow Green's request for support.
It has come to a shock to everyone for the couple to end their marriage after being together for 10 years. US Magazine reports that the actress has always had the tendency to be independent in her endeavours causing their relationship to be on the rocks. Although they are now on friendly terms, they are doing it for the betterment of their kids.
The court may possibly grant Green's request. However there has been no official statement revealed on this matter. The couple are clearly trying to work things out between them, but now only as friends. Despite the situation, they are still intact in taking care of their kids.
