Kempinski, all set to be in charge with Europe's finest hotels

Today, Chief Operating Officer Duncan O'Rourke of Kempinski AG spoke about his plan on being in charge of the finest hotels in Barcelona, Paris and Nice, France as he continues to venture forth Europe.

"The iconic trophy assets in Europe never lose value," O'Rourke replied when asked about his new undertaking, "We are prepared to put equity in certain properties and buying a property outright would also be an option."

The hotelier added that he will purchase the properties on his own or with another investor if he ever fails to obtain an executive deal for the said assets. O'Rourke also mentioned that they are discussing about the transaction which ought to be finalized not later than the first few months of 2014 although he directly refused to name the estate.

In 2012, his corporation that is centered in Geneva accumulated an 18% growth due to the popularity that hotels gained in the past few years. He expects to earn 1.5 million euros to 1.7 million euros per room from the luxurious hotels in the said European metropolis.
