The Mikaelson brothers will take their fighting over Hayley's werewolf curse to the next level on "The Originals" Season 3 premiere. But before things get any messier between Klaus and Elijah, Freya steps in. Meanwhile, Davina will refuse Marcel's request to work together and will spark a duel in future episodes.
IB Times reports that the premiere episode will be titled "For the Next Millennium" and a sneak-peek video of it has just been released. In the clip, Klaus makes a snide remark about accompanying Elijah and Hope as they visit Hayley during the full moon - the only time in which the hybrid can evolve back into a human due to curse conjured by Klaus himself.
It can be recalled that Klaus had to turn Hayley into a werewolf during the Season 2 finale in order to save her life. This, however prevented her also from being with their daughter, Hope. Elijah believes that Klaus should have considered another option before subjecting Hayley to the curse.
Klaus' remark that he should be thanked and praised for saving her life was enough to fuel another battle if not for Freya's intervention and admonition not to fight in front of Hope.
According to EP Julie Plec, Klaus has pretty much alienated everyone in his life so the question that should be answered this season is whether the family can put their differences together to fight a common enemy. It is possible that Klaus' actions have already shattered the family bond beyond repair.
On the Season 3 premiere of "The Originals", Klaus, Rebekah and Elijah will be in the middle of a sire line war reports Design n Trend. The Trinity, which consists of the first vampires ever created by the family, arrives in New Orleans. Although The Trinity should protect their makers, each progeny of the Original family will have their own agenda in fighting them. For example, Klaus' progeny, Lucien, seeks revenge against him because he abandoned him a long time ago.
Meanwhile, Realty Today reports that Marcel and Davina will be on opposite sides of an upcoming war this season. The official synopsis of Season 3 reveals that there will be a battle between the vampires and the witches. Last season, Marcel already has regained control over the French Quarter and he will try to recruit new vampires. Davina was named as the Regent to the New Orleans witches, and with her new role, she will be going head to head with her friend Marcel.
Davina declines Marcel's request to coalesce to prove to the Ninth Ward Coven that she is not a vampire sympathizer. She then tells Marcel that he is on his own.
