Lyceum Capital from the United Kingdom has expanded its team of investors as they assigned Matthe Norrington and Thomas Alldred as members. The British mid-market investment firm is said preparing to release its third fund.
Matthew joined Lyceum Capital as its Investment Director. He has executed buyouts worth £5 million to £100 million enterprise values. He also participated in the company's development of its portfolio. He currently holds nine transactions under his belt, which includes big buyouts like mechanical engineering firm PJD.
Meanwhile, Alldred will hold the position of Investment Executive after working as an Executive in Deloitte's Transaction services team. He was an advisor to corporate and private equity businesses. He graduated from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Accountant.
Lyceum Capital's Partner Simon Hitchcock said, "Matthew's strong transactional experience in the sub-£100m EV segment and Thomas' pedigree in supporting private equity investment processes will be very valuable as we enter the next stage of our business' development; investing our third and largest fund to date."
Lyceum's portfolio of companies include Access Group, a business software developer, Adapt, a provider of managed hosting, and Clearswift, a security software developer.
