Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain DLC Allows Female Characters to Unzip Suits; Metal Gear Online Now Available

By

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has indeed made such an impact since its launch, and through the controversies and critical reviews that surrounded it in the past, Konami's title is still on a roll for the time being. Along with the streak of good news that it has shown the public so far, the announcement of new downloadable content has made things quite more interesting.

According to Express, one of the literally eye-catching updates on the downloadable content patch for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain includes the ability of a female character to unzip their outfits. The claim of the said patch was that it offers a "tactical advantage" to the female characters.

In explanation, the Jumpsuit featured was noted to have been the same outfit that Metal Gear Solid 3's Eva, and is made available for 79p. The said outfit can only be given to female staff, with chest area going down to just a little lower than the belly button.

There will be two additional suits in the pack, namely The Boss' Sneaking Suit, as well as the Naked Snake's Sneaking Suit, also offering advantages in terms of stealth-in which the enemies will fail to detect the characters once the suit is worn. As delivered by Cinema Blend, the Metal Gear Solid 3's Tuxedo, Fatigues and two more costumes for the D-Horse is purchasable for 79p a piece.

The Jumpsuit downloadable content has been noted to be another successor to the controversially acclaimed outfit applied on Quiet, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain's lead female character. Her costume was critically commented on being immensely revealing, presumably the most in the entire series.

In other news, International Business Times reported that the team-based multiplayer mode Metal Gear Solid Online has been made available, and with a PC release slated to be launched on January. It is also presumed that before then, more content can be expected from the developers.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has just started its reign after only a little over a month since the release. Stay tuned for possible future updates and perhaps DLC that could follow in the near future.
