ABS Capital Partners and Hughes and Company backed Healthnation's $14 million investment round. Silver Stream Capital also participated in the financing. Healthnation is a user-configurable admin systems provider that targets traditional and new healthcare payers. The transaction was advised by Arch Point Partners.
The deal is part of a series of transactions that was advised by Arch Point Partners within the payor tech domain.
Healthnation's chief executive officer Darin LeGrange commented on the fundraiser, "The ArchPoint Partners team played a material role in helping our company optimize alternatives and closing this financing from ABS and Hughes. ArchPoint understands the healthcare technology landscape at an elemental level, and we were pleased to work with them on this transaction."
The lead investors in the financing joined Silver Stream Capital in funding the optimization of the company's tech platform.
