LG G5 Rumored Specs, Price, Release Date: Device Speculated To Be Launched on April 2016

LG has released their flagship for 2015, the LG G4, and is now speculated to unveil another on April next year. As the upcoming of LG G5 is fast approaching, its specifications are being predicted online.

IBTimes recently reported that LG G5 is believed to feature the newest Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon 820. This device is also expected to sport a 20 megapixel rear-facing camera featuring a half-inch wide sensor from Sony; this technology will be exclusively supplied by the Japanese company to LG. In addition, this handset will be arriving with an iris scanner.

Latinos Post further added that the LG G5 could also sport an "all-metal" build, since LG doesn't use plastic material when they released the G4. It may also have curved edges with G5 to give a better looking phone to the users. LG's next year flagship may also come with a bigger 5.6-inch screen with 4K resolution. A bigger screen will give the Korean tech company an edge when competing with other big names on the market like Apple and Samsung. The newest handset to be unveiled by LG is believed to be powered with a 3000 mAh capacity battery and a fast-charging system that could allow users to fully charge their phones in just an hour.

Furthermore, Christian Post stated on its article that LG G5 will have an improved Touch ID technology, and will come with multiple sensors for proximity, gravity, and pro-light, as well as face, smile, and multi-gesture detection. And as for the price, the LG G5 is reported $900 price tag.

As LG Electronics moved to next level with the release of LG G4, it is then expected that they will do better for their next flagship. But then, none of these specifications were confirmed by the Koren tech giant so avid fans of the company still have to for the official announcement of LG G5.
