Goku engaged an epic battle of the super gods with Lord Beerus in the previous episodes. The action packed Episode 14 closed the explosive match as Beerus fights Goku in all possible places, including the outer space, Earth, and underwater. First few minutes of episode showed Beerus at his strongest form as he drains Goku's energy, a hint whose side this battle is in favor with.

However, as Beerus' neutron bombs and Goku's Kamehameha collided, a destructive massive ball of fire formed and moved towards Earth. Goku blew and blasted the ball of fire far from Earth. The big strike causes Goku to fall down on Earth due to tiredness while Beerus falls asleep due also to exhaustion.
