The hype vortex for the surprise release date on the highly anticipated No Man's Sky this month of October has surged among the fans as new set of leaks have emerged and evidence uncovered by prominent industry leakster.
No Man's Sky is set to release as a timed exclusive and treated by Sony as a first party exclusive for PS4. It is strongly speculated the space exploration indie title will be the star of Sony's press con at Paris Games Week happening on October 27.
According to Design & Trend, a prolific industry leakster known to have accurately predicted some popular games' releases such as Fallout 4 and The Order 1886 has revealed that the game's release date details including a special PS4 pricing will be announced at the said event.
Earlier reports on game's price noted that it will cost full $60, however, recent rumors have it that discounts will be granted for PlayStation Plus subscribers, although, no amount of savings was revealed in the tweet.
But while Paris Games Week is still a week away, a new leak has emerged online and made the rounds on net that some gamers who pre-ordered the game from the online giant retailer Amazon have been notified via e-mails that the shipment will be made on October 28.
Amazon was quick to send out another e-mail to correct this error and the message reads, "That email was sent by mistake. We still haven't been given a release date for this item by the publisher. You'll receive another email from us soon to confirm that we don't have a release date yet."
This leak has not been confirmed or denied by the game developer and it is advised that such will be taken with a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile, the special No Man's Sky demo at the UK GameCity Festival confirmed for October 24 has been moved by Hello Games on an indefinite date. The game developer's post reads, "We realize how disappointing this news is for fans of both the game and the festival but we hope they can take some comfort in the fact that No Man's Saturday WILL be being rescheduled for a later date."
Apparently, fans have to wait a week more for official announcements on the release date of No Man's Sky at Sony's press conference during Paris Games Week on October 27 where some 'surprises' reportedly await.
No Man's Sky is touted to be one of the AAA titles to release on PS4 and PC platforms this 2015.
