The 2nd season of 'Jane the Virgin' is going to be star-studded as 2 pop singers are going to make an appearance. On the other hand, the executive producer teased that Jane is going to get married this season.
Popstars Kesha and Britney Spears are going to be celebrity guest stars in 'Jane the Virgin' Season 2. On a different note, EP Jennie Urman revealed that Jane is going to get married in the upcoming season. The groom wasn't revealed but Gina suggest that she may choose Michael.
Popstar Kesha will be a celebrity guest in the upcoming episode of 'Jane the Virgin'. As mentioned on Carter Matt, the "Tik Tok" singer will portray the character of Annabelle, a rock n roll singer who just move in to Jane Villanueva's neighborhood. However, Kesha's character will not be very approachable towards Jane.
Moreover, pop icon Britney Spears will also be a guest star in 'Jane the Virgin' Season 2. Gina Rodriguez even stated, "The possibilities are endless. I'm VERY excited to have Britney Spears on as a guest, and I'm excited to explore motherhood with Jane. The issues of motherhood, especially at a younger age like Jane is, and wanting to preserve her dreams, wanting to preserve herself" as reported by Latin Post.
Other than that, Jennie Urman, the executive producer of 'Jane the Virgin' confirms that Jane is going to get married in the season 2. Unfortunately, Design & Trend mentions that it was not revealed whether Jane is going to tie the know with Michael (Brett Dier) or Rafael Solano (Justin Baldoni). However, Gina hinted that she might probably choose Michael.
