Ubisoft Montreal presents German Elite CT unit GSG-9 in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege new trailer

Ubisoft Montreal has just released a new Rainbow Six Siege trailer featuring the German Elite Counter Terrorist unit called GSG-9. The game is ready for the public and it is scheduled to be released on December 1st this year.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is arguably one of the most exciting games scheduled to be released this December. The new trailer that was released last week featured the casually dressed German CT Elite unit which serves to build up expectations and anticipation for the new game launching this December. Earlier episodes of the Ubisoft Montreal Insider series have featured the SAS unit from Great Britain, the SWAT and FBI units from the US, and the GIGN squad from France.

The German special task force unit known as GSG-9 is an excellent elite task force that was born from the Black September incident. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege GSG-9 unit highlights high-tech weaponry, innovation and resourcefulness paired with military training that produce surprisingly effective and efficient defenses. Jäger's efficient "Magpie" prevents projectiles from entering a room, while Bandit's gizmo sparks high tension charges through metal, most effectively with barbed wires. Blitz carries a riot shield with three rows of mini-flash bangs, and I.Q.'s thingamajig helps the team by detecting electronically charged traps and gadgets at a safe distance.

The trailers are great in figuring out what works best for a team, but the beta launch was better. Many of the participants in the Rainbow Six Siege beta have been generous enough to share some gameplay on YouTube, but it was when Ubisoft extended beta that Rainbow Six Siege received a definite win from the gaming community.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is set for release this year December 1st for PC, PS4, and Xbox One systems.
