'Nashville' Season 4 Episode 5 Spoilers: Juliette gives relationship advice to Maddie; Luke furious

The drama continues for the Highway 65 artists in "Nashville" Season 4 Episode 5. In this episode titled "Stop the World (And Let Me Off), Rayna is beset with some problems starting with finding out Layla's relationship with Jeff. She also has to deal with Markus' diva behavior. Meanwhile, her daughter Maddie takes a trip with her boyfriend.

According to the episode synopsis in TV Equals, Rayna will discover that Layla and Jeff are dating after they kissed at the Grand Ole Opry show and she will not like it. However, she might get distracted in her plans of breaking them up when Markus started acting up and goes against his producer, Avery.

Meanwhile, nothing seems to be going right in Avery's world either. His wife left him and their baby but she will be later seen acting motherly towards Rayna's daughter Maddie.

According to an IBTimes article, Juliette will meet up with Maddie and Colt when they come to see Luke in their tour. Maddie is given more freedom during the trip than she can handle. She turns to Juliette for relationship advice but the results will shock both Luke and Rayna. Luke becomes furious with Juliette and tells her, "Don't go trying to play cool mom with somebody else's kid just because you've abandoned your own".

Also on "Nashville" Season 4 Episode 5, Deacon and Scarlett head to Natchez, where Beverly was living before she died reports Enstarz. While Scarlett deals with family drama and tying loose ends on her mother's death, her ex-boyfriend, Gunnar is trying to move on as he enlists Will and Kevin in helping him get a new girlfriend.
