Now that "Tales of Zestiria" is out and available on PlayStation 3 and 4, and PC, Bandai Namco is reportedly on a move to promote the release along with an official trailer. And not just that, the game's PC version proves far affordable, as its price is reportedly sliced with an additional DLC for free.
According to Crunchy Roll, the Japanese arcade/mobile/video game publisher Bandai Namco is set to promote "Tales of Zestiria" in Americas with an official trailer. In addition, players will reportedly be able to download the "Alisha's Conviction" epilogue chapter DLC for free in the first 30 days after its release. It is also believed that once the promotion ends, it will be available at its regular price of $9.99.
The said "Alisha Story Additional Chapter" DLC is reportedly free only until November 19, as long as gamers sign up at Bandai Namco's website in their VIP corner section. This is really a nice treat for those who have opted to choose PC as their platform to enjoy "Tales of Zestiria."
VentureBeat, on the other hand, reported that "Tales of Zestiria" was released on PC a day earlier than originally announced. However, as of this writing, the game's PC version went much cheaper. Not only does it start at $10 less than the PlayStation 4 version, but the Steam key has it at a 25% off deal at GMG. As a result, the price is cut further to $12.50, making it the lowest price online from an authorized retailer.
However, as noted by Hardcore Gamer, the PC version offers a minimal experience yet enough to quench the craving of the user-base. The resolution is reportedly capable of going upwards of 4K, along with several options for vertical sync, a longer draw distance, Anisotropic Filtering of up to 16X, and not to mention LOD and Shadow quality sliders going from low to high.
"Tales of Zestiria" is the 15th addition to the "Tales" franchise and was officially launched in Japan in January of this year. As for North America, it went live this week for PC and PlayStation 4. For gamers who want to experience a whole new adventure, the game won't definitely let them down - especially with its price being sliced along with an additional free DLC.
