Although the upcoming series based on the DC Comics will not yet air until midseason 2016, people are abuzz with different approaches to the story of "Legends of Tomorrow", including the rebirth of Hawkgirl, the introduction of Connor Hawke and a Sara Lance - Ray Palmer lovestory.

Actress Ciara Renee revealed at the New York Comic-Con 2015 that her character, Hawkgirl, will show a different twist on the series. According to a post from ScreenRant, the show will give attention to Hawkgirl's reincarnation. Hawkgirl used to be an Egyptian priestess who was reincarnated and lived with Hawkman for centuries. Ciara added that the show's producers have "created something where they have a lot of possibilities. Like we can go backwards and forwards in time and find all different kinds of Hawkgirls; we also have a different universe in 'Flash' - we have a different world - we brought Earth-2 into it."

Also, people are wondering on the possibility of a budding romance between Ray Palmer and Sara Lance. Based on the comic book series, Sara Lance had histories with Oliver Queen and Nyssa al Ghul, whom she met when she was with the League of Assassins. When asked by a DC Comic fan during the New York Comic Con 2015, in a post by CarterMatt, executive producer Phil Klemmer did not confirm or deny the possibility but said "Any time you're in in close, life-or-death quarters, [about a time-travelling vessel], weird things happen with people."

Meanwhile, Connor Hawke will definitely make an appearance in the series. A post from TVLine reported that the show has been looking for an "African-American or biracial male who decided to put on the uniform of a missing hero who once stood for justice and hope", a perfect description for the second Green Arrow. Connor is a master martial artist and archer, a trait who got from his father Oliver Queen, the first Green Arrow.

There is a lot to look forward to on the story and the characters of "Legends of Tomorrow". Many of them were already introduced in another DC Comic series "The Flash" and "Arrow", also shown on The CW.
