After quite some time, EA's "Need for Speed" franchise is back. Fortunately for Xbox One owners, they don't have to wait until November 3 just to play the anticipated driving game as they can try it five days prior to its launch. And while the latest installment is now finally ready for its upcoming release, Ghost Games has recently revealed the list of trophies that will be available in the said game.
According to Gamespot, the American video game company EA has recently revealed that "Need for Speed" can be played on Xbox One via EA Access starting Thursday, October 29. It is believed that EA Access members will be given a full 10-hour trial prior to the release of the game. The said membership is reportedly available for $5/month or $30/year.
Also, reports have it that members will get access to a continually growing library of free games and they can even save up to 10 percent on all EA digital content. Nonetheless, as of this writing, there's no official announcement yet if it will arrive on PlayStation 4.
Meanwhile, GearNuke reported that EA's developer Ghost Games has unveiled the list of trophies that will be made available as soon as the forthcoming "Need for Speed" game is released. There will reportedly be 31 different trophies, all of which can be earned by reaching specific Rep levels, beating record and personal times, meeting icons, and winning races and/or events. It is said that only 12.5 percent of the total PlayStation users have reached Rep level 25, while no player has ever earned a "RWB" trophy - the latter being achieved by meeting the legendary builder, Nakai-San.
Yibada, on the other hand, reported that amongst the trophies, platinum will be the biggest one. The said trophy can be achieved if a player can attain the 30 other trophies, reaching a set of Rep level, winning races and a whole lot more. Furthermore, some of the trophies that are quite difficult to obtain are Outlaw icon, becoming a Speed, and reaching Rep level 50, among others.
"Need for Speed" will launch on November 3 for PlayStation 4, but for Xbox One users, expect to play the game five days earlier than the release date. The PC version, conversely, will be made available come 2016.
