Horizon: Zero Dawn gameplay footage presented during Sony's Paris Games Week Press Conference satisfies players?

Sony have presented 8 minutes gameplay footage of Horizon: Zero Dawn from Killzone studio Guerilla Games. The video from the latest game created was seen in Paris Games Week press conference.

Game Spot reported that the demo features a heroine named Aloy who hunts a group called Grazers to get specific resource located in canisters which is on their backs. Aloy will be seen in the demo using a bow and arrow against the Grazers but one Grazer came after her to avenge their fallen clan. Aloy looted corpses from Grazers and used them for crafting materials in order to build useful things like weapons.

Aloy will also be seen fighting against larger enemy during a boss battle. She used her crossbow to target the vulnerable parts of the enemy. After hitting the uncovered piece of wire and flesh of the creature, the monster exploded into flames.

Horizon is said to be an action-RPG that is set 1000 years in the future. Fantastical machines, which are partly organic and mostly machine, are also part of the game.They are armed with metal armor and skin as they roam the lands.

The game will require skills in knowing the enemy and environments. Each player must know how to use the necessary tools to adapt to any given situation as well as exploit the creatures.

The Verge said that crafting will play a big role on the gaming experience according to Sony. Players will need everything they can find to survive in a vast open world. Furthermore, the game will gives a good look at the crazy looking robots that the gamers will be up against.

Horizon Zero Dawn is now being designed exclusively for PlayStation 4, said I Digital Times. While many want to experience the game as soon as possible, they still need to wait as Horizon will be expected to debut next year.

This 8 minutes gameplay footage of Horizon: Zero Dawn seem to satisfy some players. However, many fans expected more from the latest game when they attended Sony's Paris Games Week Press Conference.
