Last September, Lifetime ended renewal speculations for "Devious Maids" Season 4 by announcing that it was ordering another run for one of its top performing shows. There has been no announcement however as to the season premiere but for now, updates on the cast and crew that have been generously released are enough for the show's loyal audience.
"Devious Maids is a steady hit that continues to deliver for us," Liz Gateley, EVP of programming for Lifetimecommented. "It has found a loyal audience that is socially engaged with the show. The entire writing and production team worked hard to up the storytelling this year and the cast delivered great performances, so the show just gets better and better. I am very excited to renew it for another season", reports Crossmap on the network announcement.
During the Season 3 finale, millions of viewers tuned in for the reveal of Blanca's killer according to Latin Post. The finale left the viewers shocked to the core and left them thirsty for resolution of the cliffhangers.
Speculations on the storylines for "Devious Maids" Season 4 have started to come out immediately after the renewal announcement. A lot of viewers are curious on who Genevieve will choose to survive, Zoila or her baby. This is certainly such a big decision to make specially for someone like Genevieve who is not used to making big decisions at all.
Then there is the love triangle of Spence, Rosie and Peri reports IBTimes. It could be remembered that last season, Spence suffered with amnesia and just as when Rosie finally decided to nurse him back to health and help him remember her and their relationship, Peri returned claiming she was married to Spence and Rosie was just their maid. It will be interesting to see how Rosie will fight for Spence and for how long his amnesia will last.
The spoiler that most fans are interested in is what happens to Adrian in Season 4 after the cliffhanger of last season. Adrian came rushing inside the mansion just before it exploded and his fate was left in the air.
