Samsung Galaxy View: Hailed as Largest Android Mobile Device Set to be Unveiled on November 6

By

Samsung has introduced its newest and largest tablet by far, the Galaxy View. It is dubbed as the biggest Android mobile handset because of its massive 18.4-inch size and is expected to be available on the 6th of November.

The South Korean tech company is said to bring an all-new and the best mobile experience to all television viewers with its latest super-sized device, the Samsung Galaxy View. It sports a 1920 by 1080 pixels resolution as well as humongous a 5700mAh battery. Under the hood, it will be powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core chipset with 2GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory expandable with a micro SD card.

The Galaxy View also runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box. Samsung claims that the tablet brings eight hours of video playback and features 4-watt stereo speakers, which are concealed under a two-way stand at the backside.

In addition, the device includes a headphone jack, a USB port, and a charging port. However, it does not have an HDMI output, making it look like a dated television that won't let the users watch high-definition content directly through a set-top box. Also, it does not feature S Pen integration as compared to the Galaxy Note series devices.

In terms of retail pricing, the Galaxy View is expected to cost starting at $599 for its 32GB Wi-Fi version. A 4G LTE variant is alleged to be launched in the United States following its availability in the market and AT&T will most probably be the carrier.

On the whole, this latest invention from Samsung is a very promising one. The Galaxy View won't just be a typical tablet, rather a smart TV with powerful features and specifications. Absolutely, it will take each user's mobile video experience to the next level. Hence, watch out for it because everyone might get a hold of it on November 6.
