The hotly awaited crossover of "The Flash" and "Arrow" is now being morphed, as new behind-the-set photos emerged online with stars Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin. "Legends of Tomorrow" actress Ciara Renee was also spotted on the set. Meanwhile, "The Flash" lead star dressed up as his titular speedster for this year’s Halloween.

Just Jared has shared that the team behind "The Flash" and "Arrow" is now a step closer to finishing the special episode that would allow the fan favorite DC heroes to visit each other’s territories. In the gallery of images, co-stars Amell and Gustin film alongside actress Ciara Renee in one sequence. According to the site, the scene has been shot in Vancouver, Canada last Friday.

Renee plays Hawkgirl in the spinoff, "Legends of Tomorrow".

Meanwhile, as the world celebrated Halloween, Grant Gustin did not miss the opportunity to suit up on his The Flash costume for the spooky event. The young actor gave his thousands of fans a sneak peek of his heroic look via Instagram.

On Saturday, the actor wrote: “Got to shoot a one on one scene with @cavanaghtom today for the first time in a while. Called for a photo”.

"The Flash" co-star Tom Cavanagh was with Grant’s selfie photo which gained 180,000 likes on the social media app.

Back on the series, this week’s episode will delve with the arrival of Dr. Light, according to the episode description released by The Futon Critic.

The storyline will find Barry learning that Dr. Light has entered through the portal. Later, he sets up a plan to capture her. However, Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears) informs Barry that Dr. Light didn’t a pose a threat on Earth-2 and that he can reason with her. But in an unexpected twist, Dr. Light blinds Barry and reveals a shocking news about Zoom.

"The Flash" Season 2 airs every Tuesday at 8PM on the CW.
