On the other hand, EP Jeff Davis shared that they are currently filming episodes 9 and 10. While Diana Gabaldon shares some details about season 1's rape scene.
Aside from Sophie Turner, Maeve Foley has also been rumored that she will portray the character of Brianna Randall. According to Movie News Guide, executive producer Maril Davis responded to the rumors that Maeve has not been casted for "Outlander" Season 2. Davis even stated via Twitter that casting news will only come from @Outlander_Starz and @sony.
Elsewhere, executive producer Jeff Davis revealed that the show is currently filming episodes 9 and 10 as reported by Carter Matt. Davis added that there are still 3 remaining episodes before completing the 13-episode run production.
Meanwhile, "Outlander" author Diana Gabaldon shared why the rape scene between Black Jack Randall (Tobias Menzies) and Jamie happened. She shared via Radio Times saying,"It occurs as a very integral part of the plot. They filmed those scenes pretty much straight out of the book. This conflict is actually a triangle amongst Claire, Jamie, and Black Jack Randall. You see it developing, the dimensions and aspects throughout the entire story."
