Dark Souls 3 has been giving out great news for the fans since it was announced. Now that footages and news regarding the Bandai Namco and From Software title has spread online, one question has been lingering in the minds of the avid fans-is the game a playable one, or is it a little too impossible to conquer?
It was reported by Design & Trend that the relative title Bloodborne has also experienced a few reviews from the fans that believe immensely on the franchise's tendency to be a masterpiece in the making. One of the traits that some gaming fans may find unappealing would be the almost impending doom of Dark Souls 3 being too difficult to accomplish.
Attack of the Fan Boy delivered that From Software explained further that the title may still stay on the same path as the previous Dark Souls installments, but of course, making the game interesting is a priority. The fact that Dark Souls 3 is declared possible to beat makes fans think twice if it will be any easier, or simply a gimmick to entice. One tricky factor, however, is that based on the predecessors of the third title, the game seemingly does not look forward to letting the players squirm away easily.
According to Segment Next, Director Hidetaka Miyazaki was quoted on his explanation, stating, "Our objective is to make the game possible to accomplish. I want to keep both the possibility of accomplishment and the difficulty itself.Therefore, for example, adding observation, planning, or learning to the basic difficulty situation adds to the importance of the non-skill elements".
He then added, "I think seasoned players will feel refreshed and enjoy new strategies. And for new players, I want to make it difficult, of course, but accomplishable and enjoyable."
Though the particular announcement has clearly made players feel the need to be worried at some point, Dark Souls 3 still aims to make players feel that the title is truly worthwhile. Keep posted on more updates on the forthcoming continuity by Bandai Namco and From Software.
