Destiny: The Taken King recently been included in the list of titles that made the records explode--with a new array of weapons to deal damage, and with more than enough features to perhaps seal the deal for the future. However, will the credentials be sufficient for Bungie to staple their legacies in the open-world shooter industry?
As reported by Game Ranx, Armsday has reached its mark once more, and a new series of weapons were noted to be released by the Gunsmith to take on various challenges in Destiny: The Taken King. The weapons for field testing include the Häkke Test-A auto rifle which is to be used against Fallen, the Häkke Test-A pulse rifle to use in the Crucible and precision shots, the Suros TSP-10 pulse rifle for the Hive and the Suros TSR-10 rocket launcher for the crucible as well.
Moreover, players can order more weapons than will be received in the succeeding week, namely the Suros ARI-41 - Auto rifle, Häkke Herja-D - Pulse rifle, Häkke Lyudmila-D - Pulse rifle, Suros JLB-47 - Rocket launcher and Omolon Eirene RR4 - Sniper rifle. The invoices are very important for the Gunsmith's reference, and players are urged to not try and reclaim them in the inventory.
Video Gamer delivered that Destiny: The Taken has done wonderfully since its previous release over two months back. Along with it, news of the title's success has spread, counting over 25 million registers for the time being. Though this is a triumphant record to withhold, it may be questionable at some point and there are skeptics that want to know whether or not it is a legitimate status at all.
According to Forbes, the continuous growth that the numbers around Destiny: The Taken King are showing may not depict the entirety of the success. Could the 25 million be the people who are consistently playing the game on a frequent basis, or are they those who bought the bundles for a collector's purpose and never went to play the title anymore? Bungie may not disclose all the facts as of the moment, let alone would they know where the stats came from and how they went up.
