Tom Clancy's The Division: Upcoming title not looking good; Will game dev hear the fans out?

By

Tom Clancy's The Division has looked rather lower than how it was last perceived. As some may agree that change may sometimes be necessary in things, it may not always be for the better-and Ubisoft's title may just be at the receiving end of that reality.

According to Movie Pilot, Tom Clancy 's The Division hasn't been standing on the pedestal since its announcement. Many players have brought up the negativity that lies within the title, and inevitable as it may seem, the post-apocalyptic marvel has gone to receive comparison from other games of the same caliber, such as the newly appraised Destiny: The Taken King by Bungie.

Over the past months, Tom Clancy's The Division has been given many criticisms in terms of gameplay, system and most recently, graphics. As delivered by Game Pur, the visuals of Tom Clancy's The Division was noted to have gone through a massive downgrade, through the assessment of tech analysts, and even some gamers that witnessed the change. This is a sad declaration for the fans to make, and Ubisoft needs to have the matter addressed thoroughly.

Moreover, the gameplay of Tom Clancy's The Division has taken controversial feedbacks from the past. One of the most complained attributes would be the lack of melee skills needed whenever an enemy gets too close.

Noted by Master Herald, the title is to be treated as a strategy-oriented role-playing game with consistent narratives, and this will occur next year, March 8th 2016, the game's original launch date. For the time being, Tom Clancy's The Division still needs a lot of work--and while the game has been properly promoted to the public, the title is still far from perfect; and if not resolved properly soon, the game may even walk the plank even before it launches.

Tom Clancy's The Division may not look pleasantly good as of the moment, but the date is still months away and Ubisoft may still address some of the concerns. Alongside the title are other Ubisoft games such as the infamous Assassin's Creed Syndicate, close-quarter action Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands, which at the moment is standing at the top of the mountain.
