Acer's recently launched Liquid Z530 and Z630s arrives in India and is exclusively sold through Flipkart.
The Indian Express reported that the devices are Flipkart exclusive. The Acer Liquid Z530 is now on sale while the liquid Z630s will be only available via flash sale on November 12. The registration for Z630s has also started and will close on November 11.
According to NDTV Gadgets, the Liquid Z530 and Liquid Z630s smartphones that were launched in India are dual-SIM variants with support for 4G in India. The Acer Liquid Z530 that is dubbed as the perfect selfie smartphone is packed with a 8-megapixel wide-angled front-facing and rear-facing cameras.
The Liquid Z530 sports a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) IPS OGS display and measures 144x70.3x8.9mm. This device is engineered with a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735) processor working hand-in-hand with a 2 GB RAM.
Liquid Z530 that runs in Android 5.1 Lollipop is packed with 16 GB of built-in storage, but can be expanded up to 32GB through a microSD card. It is powered by a 2,420 mAh in capacity battery and includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB connectivity options.
On the other hand, the Acer Liquid Z630s sports a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS OGS display and Zero Air Gap screen. This handset measures 156.3x77.5x8.9mm and is powered by a large 4,000 mAh in capacity battery. Engineered with an octa-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 3GB RAM, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Liquid UI on top.
The Acer Liquid Z630s is available in 32GB storage variant with an expandable storage support. Similar to the Liquid Z530, the Liquid Z630s is also packed with 8-megapixel rear-facing and front-facing cameras. The front camera once again features a wide-angle lens, and also supports 1080p video recording. As for its connectivity options, the device includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity features.
Furthermore, News World India cited the price range of the new handsets by Acer. The Liquid Z530 and Liquid Z630 are tagged at Rs 6,999 and Rs 10,999 respectively in India.
With these handsets becoming available in India, the company could expect a huge leap in sales. For those who are interested with the devices, they can obtain Acer Liquid Z530 on Flipkart while Acer Liquid Z630s will be available on November 12 through flash sale.
