The highly anticipated Android 5.1.1 firmware update finally came to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Wifi variant.
The firmware update released for the Galaxy Note 10.1 Wifi variant (SM-P600) is similar to the recent firmware released by T-mobile for the Galaxy Note 10.1 (SM-P607T) model, and is now available for free download, says Yibada.
The device originally came with the mobile build 4.3 when released last year. The user interface presented Samsung-like elements combined with Android features, such as the Google Chrome browser. The device has a screen size of about 10.1 inches, which takes up 71.0% of the device body front surface.
The new firmware for the Note 10.1 is supported by an internal storage of 16/32/64GB which can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset and 3GB of RAM, says Neuro Gadget. The chipset gives the handset Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 (LTE model)/ Quad-core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A15 and Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 (3G model) in power.
