Star Citizen is one title that many fans have waited on for quite some time now and with so much hype surrounding it, some may have gone over the top in the search for a more enjoyable experience. The said game has recently shown itself to the public with a new update and there's definitely something to be excited over.

According to Game Rant, Star Citizen is not just a game to await for but also a project that has encouraged fans that want the title to surface strongly. Having said that, throughout the years, Star Citizen is the strongest crowd funded title perhaps in history-and even while so much of that has gone on, a particular fan of the series recently confessed that he has drastically allotted time, and an unimaginable amount of money to the title.

It was reported by Game Spot that Chris Roberts, a fan of the Star Citizen franchise, has admitted his massive investment in the said game-amounting to nearly $30,000. When asked as to why and how it became so, he was simply quoted saying, "I guess I've just grown up my entire life thinking that where you acquire your entertainment from is your choice and should not be judged by the world as a whole."

Roberts also iterated that he also spent money on different objects such as his cars which he admittedly cherished. In the case of Star Citizen, he claims that he has literally everything that can be purchased for the title, even a few times over. His infatuation for the title has led him to dish out money from his side jobs, and stated that he knows he still will in the near future.

In other news, Korea Portal delivered that the Star Citizen Alpha 2.0 is noted to have some valuable changes with the latest release. Some of the updates include new flight modes, Quantum Travel and a third order motion control system. The said additions have their own distinct traits that will give players an utter advantage-one of which would be the Quantum Travel which enables players to travel rapidly for only a short period of time.

As Star Citizen Alpha 2.0 is still not declared to be released anytime soon and with no withholding date yet, fans can stay put for the time being. Stay posted for more news on Cloud Imperium Games' highly-supported title.
