With the proven success of the Galaxy "A" line up, shown in the feats that A8 and A7 have reached for Samsung, it is most likely that the gadget market will be seeing an A9 before the year ends.

As rumours continue to spread on the specs of the upcoming handset, the South Korea based gadget manufacturer is foreseen to release the phone with a 6 inch screen. According to Ecumenical News, the feature was confirmed when the device was spotted making its way to India for testing. The smartphone was found on the Zauba import database, with a model number of SMA9000 and had on it attached were various price tags.

Tech Times also adds that the Galaxy A9 had been imported to India for testing several times since September. The gadget is expected to have a 5.5-inch screen display, and the launching firmware will be Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The A9 will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 620 for the processor, 1920 x 1080 for the pixel resolution, 3 GB for the RAM, 32 GB as internal storage and an Adreno 510 GPU.

No news has been heard of on the camera that the Galaxy A9 will be equipped with, but it's most probable that the device will also come with a 16 megapixel snapper. Galaxy A8 owners will know that this is the exact camera type that the latest model sports.

International Business Times pegs that the device will come with 3 GB worth of RAM and 32 GB of built-in storage space. There is no news given to whether the phone will have expandable storage option.

In other news, the specs of the Galaxy A5 and A3 have also been leaked along with the A9. Reports are saying that the phones will carry a premium design, with the speaker grill having been moved to the tail-end of the handset. It is also believed that the devices will have a glass rear panel instead of the metallic back that the predecessors had.
