Several missing DLC tracks for Rock Band 4's PlayStation 4 version are still not available until early December. More than half of the DLC including Aerosmith DLC cannot be downloaded on EU PlayStation Store.
European PlayStation Blog said that Harmonix is currently working with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to make the tracks available. Product manager Eric Pope thanked the fans who stayed with them they work on addressing the issues. He also assured people that they are doing their best to come up with a resolution as soon as possible.
"We acknowledge that things haven't been perfect. But I assure you we do care, very deeply, we are always listening, and we're working through resolving everything. We expected we'd be able to say 'it's fixed' a lot sooner than it has turned out to be," he admitted," said Pope.
Eric updated the gamers of the progress they have made on the North American (SCEA) and explained that the reason why there is less action on the SCEE is because of different technical processes that exist across the stores. However, he officially declared their intention of releasing the update contents early December.
"SCEE is already well underway with the process and targeting early December for release for the content to be updated in the Store," he added.
Euro Gamer have pointed out that lack of communication between Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and developer Harmonix is one of the main cause of this issue which still upsets many players.
Rock Band 4 has now a library with over 2,000 songs and it also features social interactions, said IB Times. The game has included performance improvisations such as freeform melodies on vocals and freestyle solos on guitar.
Many seem to lose hope about the existing game issue. However, some are expecting the missing DLC tracks of Rock Band 4 on PS4 will be made available in early December.
