LG has released a new variant of its G4 flagship smartphone. The new LG G4 White Gold Edition is now available for purchase in South Korea, which is said to cater most women and young consumers because of its design.
The South Korean multinational electronics company has unveiled a yet another addition to its G4 smartphone. Back in April of this year, LG has released its G4 device that comes in various colors, including beige, sky blue, yellow, red, black, and brown for its leather models, while white, grey, and gold for its plastic versions. And now, after seven months, it launches another option.
The front and back parts of the LG G4 White Gold Edition are painted white, while the sides are gold. It sports a 5.5-inch display with Quad HD screen resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset with six-core CPU, Adreno 418, and 3GB of RAM. It also runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box, but can be upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Moreover, the new G4 variant includes 3000mAh battery and 32GB of internal storage that is expandable through a micro SD card. Camera wise, it boasts a 16-megapixel rear shooter with laser autofocus and optical image stabilization alongside an 8-megapixel front-facing snapper.
In terms of retail pricing, the unlocked version of the device costs about $600 in South Korea. However, LG did not reveal if the White Gold Edition will be available in other markets. Thus, everyone should just wait patiently for its official announcement.
On the whole, the latest LG White Gold Edition has a decent design with great features and specifications, which may appeal to most young customers. Hence, all LG users and spectators in South Korea can get a hold of this innovative and sleek handset now.
