Overwatch is already becoming one of the most anticipated titles of the generation. That being said, many fans are already thinking of the possibility of a movie, and other media outlets that can promote the title even more than it already is being hyped on.
It was recently reported by Kotaku that Blizzard Entertainment's first-person shooter merged with a multiplayer online battle arena title Overwatch has stirred all sorts of excitement among the fans, even before the game has even surfaced. Trailers and gameplay teasers have become the biggest giveaways of the title that most likely makes the fans want more as time goes by, and Blizzard Entertainment seems to have heard them loud and clear.
According to International Business Times, not only will Overwatch be a successful game, but it will also host the possibility of animated comics and graphic novels, which looks to take players deeper into the story. This has become an issue or a concern, in terms of figuring out a story for a title whose base orientation is basically more multiplayer than campaign. Blizzard Entertainment claims that all of it as of the time being would be work in progress, and new updates will be given as soon as possible.
It was delivered by Stuff that Blizzard Entertainment's Overwatch is surely set for the PC next spring at the earliest but more notable leaks state that there is also a possibility of a Playstation 4 and Xbox One release. As of the moment, this is only to be taken as a grain of salt, until further clarifications of the platform in which the title is to be released comes into fruition.
Overwatch is already expected to break records next year as one of the most anticipated first-person shooters to stand alongside the existing new-generation trend setters such as Halo 5: Guardians, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and others alike. Keep posted for more updates on Overwatch and Blizzard Entertainment.
