Hearthstone's League of Explorers adventure has already reached the public's attention, and so far, fans have spoken out and stated their thoughts of it. The expansion is now live, and the promise of such has become a strong one at that.
After two single player expansions, according to Cinema Blend, Hearthstone's League of Explorers was noted to have been released a few days ago, which takes on a whole new terrain for the players of the franchise to expect. As the title claims and presumably gives away, the said expansion will be about an exploration through temples and various trials that can somewhat be comparable to the Indiana Jones theme that many thrill seekers may not be entirely prepared to go through.
It was reported by Venture Beat that League of Explorers can now download Temple of Orsis as the first wing which features three boss portions. The first of which will be against Zinaar the Djinni, in which Zinaar can draw an extra card each turn through the Hero power but with the consequence that the player receives a Wish. Though there can be several tendencies for the provided Wishes, not all will be identical types of cards for the deck.
Following that will be the fight against Sun Raider Phaerix. The said boss has a distinct minion named the Rod of the Sun, which renders him immune to almost any damage. Beating the said boss will grant players the similar ability until Phaerix claims it once more, and two new cards will be the prize bestowed upon the player's deck.
The most interesting stage, as delivered by Digital Spy-and may need quite a handful of help, is the Temple Escape. Compared to the first two, the said level is not a lone entity, but a series of 10 turns that players have to survive tactically. Furthermore, each move will have corresponding varied outcomes depending on the choice, such as drinking from a glowing pool and getting an extra card, or wading through to gain a mana crystal.
The Temple Escape will grant players four cards, one of which will be a Legendary. These are the Rumbling Elemental, Sacred Trial, Ancient Shade and Reno Jackson. Beating the Temple of Orsis allows players to take on two Class Challenges, which can be compared to Blackrock Mountain and Curse of Naxxramas.
As practiced by Blizzard, the wings will be distributed in pieces where Hearthstone League of Explorers will simply await the upcoming three wings for the forthcoming weeks. In terms of price, each wing is at 700 gold or $6.99 if to be downloaded. The full expansion costs at $19.99, and will be unlocked on the PC, Mac, and mobile devices upon purchase.
