Acer has recently launched its latest smartphone, the Liquid Z630s, in India. Last November 12, it had its first flash sale through Flipkart, and there was an unbelievably great demand for the handset.
Apparently, the unexpected response to the Liquid Z630s is a good sign for Acer's growth sales. As per Harish Kohli, the managing director of Acer India, "We are working with Flipkart towards providing higher numbers to the consumers who were not able to buy phone yesterday." Hence, there will be a second flash sale for the device on November 17. Registrations are now open for all potential buyers.
According to Economic Times, the Liquid Z630s sports a 5.5-inch display with 720 pixels HD resolution, 32GB of internal storage, and 4000mAh battery. Under the hood, it is powered by 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.3Ghz and paired with 3GB of RAM. Additionally, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box.
Camera wise, this new Acer smartphone boasts an 8-megapixel rear shooter capable of 1080 pixels video recording and with autofocus alongside an 8-megapixel wide view angle front shooter with IPS technology as well as an HD Zero Air Gap screen.
In terms of connectivity, the Acer Liquid Z630s includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with LE connectivity, and Cat4 LTE. The handset is also priced at Rs 10999.
Furthermore, it comes with an AcerEXTEND application that allows the device to connect wirelessly to compatible PCs or laptops. The home screen will then be viewed in a phone-shaped emulator box on the computer.
On the whole, the Acer Liquid Z630s is a very much appealing and powerful smartphone. For now, it is only available in India; so those who are interested to purchase it might have to wait a bit longer to have its international release. Nonetheless, one can order it through online.
