This week's fall finale episode entitled "11:53 to Odessa" will tackle on the twins' individual dilemma. Tommy, who was abducted by siblings Quentin and Phoebe, team up with the evil Erica Kravid for the meantime. Malina, on the other hand, uses her power to save the people around her, except for her grandfather.
In the episode 10 promo video posted on Tech Times, Tommy (Robbie Kay) is seen travelling the future with Erica Kravid (Rhya Kihlstedt), who is holding him against his will. Tommy is telling her that he is destined to save the world from the apocalypse, yet Erica refuted by telling him the apocalypse will happen. The future shows the Earth as a desert wasteland with nothing but sand and rocks.
We also see Miko (Kiki Sukezane) walking in the desert. Her life supposedly ended with her mission to save Hiro (Masi Oka), but it seems that she has a much larger mission to complete, which is probably to help the others save the world from impending doom.
Meanwhile, Claire's daughter Malina (Danika Yarosh) will learn even more about her powers and is shown trying to protect people from some kind of force that has brought traffic to a stop, as posted by International Business Times. It looks like Noah disappeared as all she's able to find are his glasses. What really happened to Noah and why did Malina use her powers?
The previous episodes of Heroes Reborn has depicted the twins as the heroes who will stop the apocalypse in Odessa and Tommy, in this case, is bent to fulfill this mission. But with the circumstances surrounding the twins, will they be able to save the world together?
In an interview with IGN, Robbie Kay revealed that a big part of the series is leading up to the meeting between Tommy and Malina.
"...that meeting is going to be huge, momentous andemotional. If and when it does happen, it's going to be very significant and a big, pivotal moment in the series. So we'll have to wait and see." Kay added.
Heroes Reborn Episode 10 "11:53 to Odessa" will air on November 19 at 8pm on NBC.
