Heroes of the Storm Adds Cho'Gall, New Features; Ways to Get Character Discussed

A new addition to the roster of Heroes of the Storm has currently been confirmed by Blizzard Entertainment. Though an export from another long-running title, the hero fits perfectly in the said realm, and looks to bring more than one good feature to the table.

According to PC Gamer, the World of Warcraft character, or can be put as characters, Cho'gall, was recently introduced to the world of Heroes of the Storm. In detail, Cho'gall is considerably one ogre with two heads, and how the said character is to be played shows an interesting attribute-two gamers are required and must stay cohesive if to make the hero function properly.

It was delivered by Daily Dot that Cho' is basically the mobile aspects of the hero, therefore, one player will be controlling the movement. With it, some Warrior abilities have been included, namely the Surging Fist, the Consuming Blaze, Rune Bomb, Hammer of Twilight and Upheaval. The said attacks rely a lot on a more physical brute attack, and has a limit in terms of range.

These skills are in oppose to the Assassin-type abilities of 'Gall, being one that utilizes energy-based offense. 'Gall's powers are composed of Shadowflame which inflicts linear-aligned enemies, Dread Orb which as a bouncing bomb that deals damage for each of its three bounces, a detonator to Cho's Rune Bomb called the Runic Blast, Twisting Nether and Shadow Bolt Volley, which are both time-specific attacks. The Twisting Nether slows enemies down for about 40% after a second, whereas the Shadow Bolt Volley unleashes twenty Shadow Bolts for about four seconds.

According to Cinema Blend, Cho'Gall does not come easy in terms of acquisition as only gamers who attended the BlizzCon 2015 or have a virtual ticket to the said event will be sure to have the hero as of the moment. An event called the Cho'Gall Buddy Brawl is currently on-going, which allows those who do not have Cho'Gall yet to party up with gamers that do, and after winning a certain number of times, the player without will be granted the character.

Heroes of the Storm players that managed to disseminate Cho'Gall through the said event will be incentivized via 2,200 Gold after four games with non-owners. For the gamers who look to get their own, Heroes of the Storm's Cho'Gall Buddy Brawl is expected to keep going until January 1st.
