The long rumored HTC One X9 and HTC One M10 are now expected to arrive in the market early next year. The specifications and features of both handsets were also predicted.
According to Christian Today, although HTC has just recently unveiled a flagship product, it is already working hard for the next iteration in the M-series. There will also be an additional handset that is yet-to-be-announced that will be add up to the midrange devices of HTC.
Based on some reports, the HTC's next hero device, the One M10, will be launched at least two to three months after the announcement for the One X9 that will be launched in the first quarter of 2016. This would mean that the HTC's next premium flagship would arrive sometime in May or June.
Pocketlint reported the specifications and features that the HTC One X9 might sport. This handset will reportedly have a design that is similar to HTC One A9 which has slim unibody and dual front-facing BoomSound speakers. This smartphone will also sport a 5.5-inch display with 1920x1080 resolution and 401ppi. It will be engineered with a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor and be packed with 2 GB of RAM. The HTC One X9 will be equipped with 16 GB internal storage and a microSD slot for expansion.
As for the camera, it will be armed with a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. The smartphone will run with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS.
On the other hand, Yibada detailed the specifications that One M10 might carry. This device features a bigger screen display with either 2K or 4K pixel resolution that will let users experience clearer and more vivid images. Under the chassis, this handset might be engineered with Qualcomm 82X with 3.X GHz octa-core HMP cyclone technology paired with 4GB of RAM. It is also believedto have dual-SIM support, 27 megapixels front and back camera, longer battery life, and wireless charging feature.
With the rumored specifications of the HTC One X9 and HTC One M10, it seems that these handsets will actually create a great competition on the market. Meanwhile, the information is not yet confirmed by HTC and possible customers will have to wait until the Taiwanese tech giant give specifics of both devices.
