New OS update is expected to be rolled out to HTC One M8 phones as HTC vice president of product management Mohammed Versi confirmed that software testing has concluded for Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Versi also confirmed that Android Marshmallow will be released in unlocked versions this year, while carrier versions are expected to receive the update ealy next year.
The HTC is bound to release another smartphone, the HTC One M10, which will reportedly hit the market after the One X9 is unveiled. HTC One M10 is rumored to sport a better battery life and camera.
