Scorpion Season 2 Plots Emotional Episode for Megan & Walter; Details on Christmas Episode Revealed

By

Scorpion has plotted a Megan-centric episode on its Nov. 23rd installment titled “Arrivals and Departures”. The hour promises to be an emotional one, especially for siblings Walter and Megan. In other news, CBS has released the synopsis for the holiday episode of the crime procedural.

A dramatic hour awaits fans of Scorpion on Monday’s episode, as it will delve heavily on Megan’s deteriorating health condition. As expected, the unfortunate event will find Walter in denial of his sister’s uncertain fate.

According to the synopsis shared by The Futon Critic, Team Scorpion and Walter’s parents will be quarantined while they visit Megan at the hospital. Additional details reveal that the main cause of the lockdown is a deadly fungus outbreak threatening to infect everyone.

TV Line spoke with executive producers Nick Wootton and Nick Santora on Friday where they shared that “Arrivals and Departures” is a “super-duper tear-jerker” episode.

As for Walter’s mental state, Wootton allows that he will try his best to preserve Megan’s memories and personality electronically. But as the hour progresses, he will realize that “he has to live in the moment as opposed to living in denial”, the showrunner previewed.

Ultimately, Walter will solve this issue at a critical moment. Santora and Wootton did not comment on whether this will be the last episode where we see Megan alive.

Meanwhile, the synopsis for Scorpion’s holiday episode has been released by CBS via CarterMatt.

The upcoming Dec. 14h installment will be set during Christmas Eve where the team is faced on a mission to stop a catastrophe when torrential rains caused a dangerous crack in a dam. It will be on the hands of Paige and co. not to let the crack wipe out an entire town in light of the disastrous event.

Scorpion Season 2 Episode 10 airs on Tuesday, November 23, 9PM on CBS.
