'In the Heart of the Sea' will be 'an epic adventure full of heart and sea'; Chris Hemsworth's photo gone viral online

A few weeks before Warner Bros releases their newest "In the Heart of the Sea" movie franchise, it has already been the talk of the town. Following the public post of Chris Hemsworth, the lead actor also talked about his experience while making the movie.

The social media has gone crazy over the photo uploaded by Chris Hemsworth on his Twitter and Instagram accounts on Sunday. The hunk actor who has now resembled a cave man posted a photo of him with a slimmer figure, long ruffled hair and beard, and a tan v-shaped line from his shoulders up to his diaphragm.

The photo earned thousands of likes from his followers. It appeared like the actor has had undergone massive transformation for his upcoming "In the Heart of the Sea" movie. Along with the caption "Just tried a new diet/training program called "Lost At Sea". Wouldn't recommend it.. #IntheHeartoftheSea", fans had barely recognized him at first.

In an interview with the Entertainment Weekly, Hemsworth revealed that he was slimming down for his new project "Black Hat" and still had to lose 15 pounds for the "In the Heart of the Sea" movie. The actor, however, admitted that his experience was exhausting.

"When you're already starting off lean, its brutal to chew through that kind of weight," Hemsworth said. "Every pound feels like a kilogram."

The Hollywood Reporter also indicated that the actor along with his co-stars was required to lose 500 down to 700 calories per day. Although they were uncomfortable for the three to four weeks duration, the actor admitted that the team has been together even in misery. Moreover, he revealed that he was thinking of nothing but food during that time.

Furthermore, he shared that losing weight was the most challenging part of making "In the Heart of the Sea" movie. When he was asked how he prepared for the role, he did not just research a lot about the story and also read the book but also he had gone to sailing school.

For two months of water shooting in the Canary Islands, the place has been memorable to him. Hemsworth also revealed that the fans will be expecting "an epic adventure full of heart and sea" "In the Heart of the Sea" movie.
