"Teen Wolf" Season 5 recently released a brand new trailer which is just so intense and incredibly revealing. While it is widely known that Scott, Stiles and the rest of the pack will battle Theo and the Dread Doctors when the show returns on January 5, the trailer hints on the most awaited romance between Stiles and Lydia.
Numerous spoilers have been saying that the Stydia romance is indeed happening as they get to spend more time together this season. Presumably, it starts with Stiles saving Lydia from the Eichen house as seen in the trailer. Fans have been wanting them to be a couple even though Stiles is currently committed to someone else.
According to Realty Today, the exciting new trailer of "Teen Wolf" Season 5 had some breathtaking scenes that revealed major plot lines. Stiles saves Lydia, Parish's true nature, a new villain and the return of Kira are the standout spoilers that can be speculated on from the clip.
Everyone goes back to school and pretend to have normal lives despite the rising killings in town. Scott attempts to reconcile with Stiles and he turns to Malia for help but she herself doubts she can patch things up with the former best friends.
Fans can also see that Theo and his resurrected Chimera pack are back in town. This means that they will still be a threat for the rest of "Teen Wolf" Season 5. Malia has a flirty moment with Theo even while she is trying to kill him. Hollywoodlife however writes this might just be something the trailer is leading fans to think.
A new villainous beast with giant claws is also revealed in the "Teen Wolf" Season 5 trailer. Is the beast responsible for the pile of dead bodies? Although the trailer does not reveal how they died, there are also speculations that the deaths could be linked to Parish reports Christian Today. This could mean that the sheriff's assistant can be another bad guy in Beacon Hills.
Other things happening with the show's return are Kira's return as well as the reappearance of werewolf hunter Chris Argent and his father Gerard.
