Fans are always eager to know what creator Jonathan Blow has in mind for the forthcoming 3D puzzler game "The Witness." Now, new details have emerged from the production, as Blow released a new video to shed some light on the game's story and soundtrack.

According to God Is A Geek, "Braid" creator Jonathan Blow has offered a closer look at what the world of "The Witness" can offer to gamers. The American video game designer released a new video on the upcoming game's official website, so as to unveil all the speculations about the game's story line, music and story.

It is worth noting that Jonathan Blow took to Twitter in the past, so as to tease people about his bigger, ambitious project - a first-person puzzler "The Witness." The game, as Blow reportedly described, is set on a leafy and seemingly deserted island. Reports have it that the said game will be 10 times larger than "Braid" and that it will take at least 6 hours to complete.

Den of Geek mentioned that the newly-released video also provides fans an aerial view of the so-called conundrum-filled island in "The Witness." Blow reportedly claimed that the game will be about "being perceptive" and that while gamers will experience all the subtleties in the puzzles, they will get to notice "details in the world around" them.

As for the game's soundtrack, Blow explained that he doesn't want to pile up layers of music as these will only work against "The Witness." He went on to say that it should be "a layer of insulation," which gamers will hear "in order to be more present in the world."

To bring such vision into reality, according to Design & Trend, Jonathan Blow's team has asked the help of Wabi Sabi Sound, a company responsible for the sound design of the critically-acclaimed "Dead Space" and "Ori And The Blind Forest." In addition, the game will be localized into 15 different languages using a sutitle system.

As "The Witness" hits PlayStation 4 and PC come January 26, 2016, fans can finally have a grasp to what the game really offers. In the meantime, they can continue speculating what the game's soundtrack and story might just be.
