NCIS Season 13 Episode 11 Spoilers: Ellie Bishop’s Next Move; A Look At Ducky’s Past; Cast Member Charged With DUI

By

There is a lot going on with the NCIS team, particularly with Ellie Bishop. Yet the team has always remained focus with the tasks at hand. In the next episode of NCIS Season 13 entitled "Spinning Wheel", Ducky comes face-to-face with his past while Ellie Bishop makes a tough decision regarding her marriage. Meanwhile, cast member Michael Weatherly almost faced jail time following a DUI charge.

In the synopsis posted on Carter Matt, Ducky (David McCallum) is attacked by a man claiming to having information about his half-brother who died decades ago. As Ducky recalls the final emotional days he has with his sibling, the NCIS team searches for the perpetrator.

Meanwhile, NCIS Special Agent Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham), after spending an emotional Thanksgiving in Oklahoma with her mother (Lindsay Wagner), her brother (Ryan Doom) and NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), finally decides to face her cheating husband Jake Malloy (Jamie Bamber).

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Wickersham revealed that the marriage will not likely to continue as the marriage, the foundation, wasn't strong enough to begin with. Not only is the divorce be based on Jake's cheating but the relationship in itself is not strong enough for both. Jake works in NSA while Ellie works in NCIS and they have no time to talk about their day-to-day activities.

"It's a big life change, going through a divorce, and that doesn't just affect Bishop in her relationship. It definitely affects her work, everything in her life. I'm sure it'll take her to some dark places, maybe, and I'm sure we'll see her working through things, which is always fun for me to play," Wickersham added.

In another story, NCIS cast member Michael Weatherly ended up on the other side of the law when LAPD busted him for DUI, according to TMZ.

Weatherly was found to have been drinking and that his BAC was above the legal limit. Weatherly spent nearly 15 hours in jail and will face another six months and $1,000 in fines when convicted. However, it will be unlikely since it is his first offense.

NCIS Season 13 will take on a two-week hiatus. "Spinning Wheel" will air on December 15 on CBS.
