Fans of "Jane The Virgin" will get to see Mateo celebrating his first ever Christmas in its mid-season finale which will be aired soon. It has also been reported that the groom of Jane remains a mystery.
In a report by Christian Post, the official synopsis says that "Jane The Virgin" Season 2 Episode 8 will see Jane and Rafael having more family drama as they are preparing to celebrate Mateo's first Christmas. Jane will also find out that the scholarship she applied for is not what she thought it would be so she has to find a way to pay for her grad school.
In the previous episodes of "Jane The Virgin", Jane almost gave in to the offer of Rafael that they should raise their child together but then she found out that he set Michael up. Jane was supposed to choose Michael over Rafael but someone told her that the former let his ex-partner escape as she learned that Michael worked for Sin Rostro.
Michael and Rafael got into a fight because the former knows that the latter blew the whistle regarding his past and their ruckus injured Jane's son. Jane will be tying the knot soon but it is still unclear who she will be marrying.
Meanwhile, other spoilers include Petra dealing with another problem that her mother has gotten them into. Michael is also looking for Luisa's mother whom he believes is alive and thinks that she has something to do with Sin Rostro, N4BB shared.
Justin Baldoni, who plays Rafael in "Jane The Virgin", was recently interviewed and he talked about his on-the-spot chemistry with Gina Rodriguez, the actress who plays Jane, Just Jared reported. He shared, "When we met, there was this instant chemistry but it was not a sexual chemistry. It was not necessarily about the acting, but rather about what we can do outside of it. I think we both really believed that. It is really nice to have someone on the show who genuinely wants to do good with the platform she has."
The mid-season finale of "Jane The Virgin" Season 2 will air on December 14 on The CW. Fans will get to see Mateo's first Christmas and possibly the revelation of who will Jane choose to be her groom.
