As Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is one of the most anticipated expansions under the Deus Ex franchise, avid followers of the series seriously cannot wait to get their hands on it. However, a recent announcement for the said game may have fans clenching and somewhat dismayed-but Eidos Montreal sticks both hands forward in the attempt to ease the storm.
Engadget delivered that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is the latest awaited installment of Eidos Montreal's Deus Ex series. With no hesitation, fans have strived to gather all that they can in order to learn more about the said title, and with so much on the line, mistakes are highly intolerable. Eidos Montreal agrees to the said belief that many are grasping, which leads to the franchise's supposed launch date delay.
According to Wired, Eidos Montreal sees the need to move the originally scheduled February 23rd release date a few more months, as they would not want to risk the title's reputation over the simple fact of incompletion or insufficiency to the promise. A blog by Eidos Montreal Head, David Anfossi, was generous enough to state that the team would like to take a few more months to develop the title even further, making sure that it meets the mark of a good continuity, and living under a logic of no compromise on quality-in which the blog cordially depicts.
As reported by The Verge, David Anfossi stated, "We're confident and proud of the game so far. However, as we are now playing through the game in full we can see that it will require more time in post-production for tuning, iterations and refinement to meet our high standards." With it, Anfossi gave his sincerest apologies to the fans that jotted down the original release date.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, as mentioned, was scheduled to hit the public by February 23rd, 2016. After the said announcement, August 23rd, 2016 will be the new target date for Eidos Montreal's new title that circulates Adam Jensen's quest. To add flavor, as a first for the franchise, a proposed lineup of female characters is being expected, making things a lot more interesting for the followers of the series.
