After everything's that happened in their marriage, Anna Duggar is purportedly contemplating her divorce from husband Josh Duggar.
When the sordid sex scandal of Josh Duggar emerged tainting the Duggar's seemingly picture-perfect Christian family, Anna Duggar is left to face so much pressure on her own.
Josh is currently at a Christian rehab where he admitted himself after the Ashley Madison hack revealed his solicited infidelity with fellow adulterers. While Anna Duggar forgave his first sex scandal in which the TV star admitted to molesting five underage girls including four of his sisters as a teenager, it gave a bigger emotional trauma to Anna knowing her husband has been going on cheating the whole time she's been married to him.
Now she's left to address the taboo subject of divorce, whether she's still willing to work out her marriage with Josh or not.
"It's been really stressful for Anna because her kids want their daddy home for the holidays and she's a full-time single parent. She is getting support from the Duggar family in that they help watch the kids, but she's still under a ton of pressure," a source revealed to Hollywood Life.
Anna Duggar is trapped in a tough position due to societal, familial and even religious pressures. And while she's on this tough spot, Josh Duggar is reportedly planning to propose renewing his marriage with his wife.
"She's contemplating divorce, but now Josh wants them to renew their wedding vows in front of both of their families." The source further discloses. "He wants to have an elaborate ceremony as soon as he gets out of rehab and make it a really special occasion for Anna."
Now people are anticipating how Anna will resolve things, and reportedly in the upcoming TLC 's special "Jill and Jessa: Counting On", Anna will appear and share her side of the story.
Whether this means she's keeping her ties with Josh or not isn't clear and fans can only wait and see.
