Campo Santo broke the news that their upcoming game, Firewatch, will be playable this weekend at the PlayStation Experience in San Francisco. Those who will be attending the PlayStation Centric Event will have the chance to get limited-edition items and posters at the Firewatch demo booth.

It was announced in Campo Santo's personal blog that Firewatch will be playable this weekend in PSX, reports Power Up Gaming. Firewatch is a single-player first-person mystery set in the Wyoming wilderness in 1989. In this adventure game with a scary twist, gamers get to play a man called Henry, who has retreated from his life as a fire lookout. His job is to keep an eye out for smoke, particularly in the dry summer months where the sum can create a blaze in the blink of an eye, There aren't any guns available for you to use and help you get out of difficult situations, and your only contact is your supervisor, Delilah, who's on the other side of the radio.

One of the highlights of the game is its impressive dialogue. While other games have broken and distracting dialogue in them, Firewatch is different with its natural dialogue that flows smoothly in the game. It also helps you understand the personalities of the two characters, Henry and Delilah, and spruces up the excitement in the game.

At E3 2015, it was revealed that former Telltale developer, Jake Rodkin's Campo Santo, will have the console debut of their first game, Firewatch, released on PlayStation 4. It is also going to be available on Windows PC, Mac, and Linux. PC Advisor included Firewatch in their list of 23 most anticipated games of 2016, alongside Hitman, Unchartered 4: A Thief's End, and Street Fighter V.

Although Firewatch has only been in development since 2014, Campo Santo announced back then that it will be released at some point in 2015. However, it is now confirmed that it will be finally launched in February 9, 2016, reports PC Games N.

It's not going to take that long before we can finally experience the beautiful, and pastel-colored vistas of Firewatch. Visit Sony's PlayStation Experience this weekend to play Firewatch and meet the team behind this exciting game.
