Anna Duggar's trust for her husband has taken a major downfall. That's why it is definitely understandable to hear that the TV reality star got herself screened for STD.
With one of the most scandalous headlines for this year, the former "19 Kids and Counting" star, Josh Duggar, tainted his family's reputation big time. But not only did he shame their religious stand and wrecked their income, he totally traumatized his wife Anna with his sex scandal.
It's sad and quite unfair to think that when she's been faithful all her life and only had sex with one man, Anna still runs the risk of having sexually transmitted disease. Hence, forcing Anna to allegedly have herself checked if she's been exposed to any infection.
This decision came after porn star, Danica Dillon, publicized her sexual ordeals with Josh. Dillon filed a lawsuit against Josh who paid her twice for a consensual sex but reported that on both times, the latter resorted to violence and abuse which made her feel like she was being raped. Moreover, Dillon claimed that Josh refused to wear a condom during their intercourse.
As per Radar Online, this got Anna Duggar, who may have had her doubts on the story, still run to the hospital as a precaution. Fortunately, her results were clean and she did not have to deal with another depressing event.
Currently, Josh Duggar is still receiving treatment in a Christian rehab, while Anna Duggar continues to face this issue by herself.
On the upcoming three-episode special of "Jill and Jessa: Counting On," everyone will finally have the chance to hear from Anna Duggar for the first time on what she has to say regarding this infamous issue. She's given a heavy introduction saying, "It was heartbreaking to hear what had happened," as a preview video of her revealed.
"Jill and Jessa: Counting On" premieres on December 13.
