Last August 4, the Blackberry Passport Silver Edtion which is the new version of BlackBerry Passport handset has been announced. This new handset features its refined design accompanied with a large wide touchscreen and a touch-sensitive keyboard.
According to Neuro Gadget, this new Blackberry Passport version is being powered by 32bit Qualcomm MSM8974AA Snapdragon 801 quad-core 2.26GHz Krait 400. This processor was said to provide decent performance that comes along with Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM.
The BlackBerry Passport will be viewed as a very big and square smartphone. It comes with a physical keyboard where the trackpad for scrolling around menus, apps, and webpages is being doubled, Know Your Mobile noted.
A separate report from NDTV Gadgets revealed it that the Blackberry Passport features a 32GB of internal storage which can be increased up to 128GB through a microSD card. When it comes to the photography department, this handset sports a 13-megapixel back snapper and a 2-megapixel for its selfie camera.
Furthermore, the BlackBerry Passport is presented as a single SIM (GSM) smartphone where a Nano-SIM can be accepted. As for connectivity features, this smartphone supports Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, FM and 4G. The Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope are included on the sensors of this phone.
The BlackBerry Passport comes bundled with a 3450mAh non removable battery while running on BlackBerry OS 10.3. It weighs 196.00 grams and measures 128.00 x 90.10 x 9.30 (height x width x thickness).
As stated by BlackBerry, its Passport's 3450 mAh battery is almost 2 times bigger compared to iPhone 6 battery. In addition, the AT&T BlackBerry Passport also features a wireless charging. Moreover, the BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition, which introduces a refined design, also features a reinforced stainless steel frame as well as a diamond pattern soft touch back.

This phone was reported to bear a pre-order price tag that starts at £399.
