Capcom is set to officially launch Resident Evil 0 Remaster this coming January 18 and hardcore Resident Evil fans can now pre-order the game to avail of exclusive bonuses and freebie items.
As reported by Major Nelson, gamers can now place pre-order for Xbox One bundle of Resident Evil 0-HD remastered which come with special bonus items.
Those who will grab an early copy of Resident Evil 0 HD prior to its official release date on January 18 will be entitled to free bonus costumes for game protagonist Rebecca Chambers and also for Billy Coen, as announced by Xbox Store.
The game's pre-order bundle contains an exclusively designed Rebecca's T-shirt and players can also opt to purchase Costume Pack 1 that has a cheerleader outfit for Rebecca, her outfit from Resident Evil: Deadly Silence and Wolf Force crossover costume for Billy Coen.These pre-order bonus items canl also be availed by PC gamers and other console users except Xbox 360.
As reported earlier, Capcom's upcoming remastered version will unravel the truth behind the Mansion Incident which sparked the beginning of the storyline of the Resident Evil series. It is expected that it gets the story and gameplay from the original version, however, it comes in highly-improved HD graphics.
In addition, the game is said to feature a 5.1 channel surround sound and a widescreen TV compatibility support. Gaming enthusiasts can also utilize some advanced controls options included in the HD remaster of Resident Evil 0, Latino Post Reports.
More on Resident Evil news, Capcom has cleared out that the recently announced Resident Evil 2 is going to be a full Remake. Such confusion on it being a remastered version sparked from the developer's latest financial report.
Senior marketing director of Capcom UK Stuart Turner tweeted, "Seems to be a few people picking up a mistranslation in our own investor report. RE2 will be a full from the ground up remake NOT a remaster."
Developed and published by Capcom, Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster is all set to release for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and PC on January 18, 2016.
